Located in the Chicagoland area, Perseverance Cheer aims to inspire and empower cheer teams of all ages by fostering a positive and inclusive environment where individual athlete’s can develop their cheerleading skills, build confidence, and form lasting friendships within our industry. We are committed to providing high-quality training, promoting team work, and encouraging personal growth both on and off the mat.
Our premier coaching staff has athletic experience from top notch programs such as: Navarro College, Texas Tech University, Cheer Athletics Cheetahs, ICE Allstars and Roosevelt University. Let us come out and share our knowledge with you!
Founder Bobby Rinaldi first started cheering at Addison Trail High School his senior year. He started his college cheer career at Navarro College in 2016. While cheering with the Navarro Bulldogs, Bobby also cheered with Cheer Athletes Cheetahs where he won NCA Allstar competition and also became a World Champion. After leaving Navarro, Rinaldi attended Texas Tech University and became a NCA National Collegiate Champion in 2019.
Bobby began his collegiate coaching career in 2021 as a Volunteer Assistant Coach at Roosevelt University. Just one year later, he was named Head Co-Ed Cheerleading Coach for the 2022–2023 season. Rinaldi quickly became the first Head Coach in program history to lead the Lakers to 3 consecutive National Championships, winning the title in 2023, 2024, & 2025.
